SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY 

We strive to dispatch your product(s) as soon as you place your order with us, or within 8-10 business days. In stock products will be shipped within 4 working days. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Once an order is placed with us, our technicians are immediately at work due to which we do not accept any Cancellations. Only in case of a defective/incorrect product, an exchange shall be considered.

All Waikiki products are handcrafted and the variations you might find in the same product stems from this reason and are not imperfections but characteristics of beautifully made bespoke embroideries that is a work of art. Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible. Colour variations cannot be subject to rejection of merchandise.

We at Waikiki are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. We assure you that all precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact as we have a great deal of care and love in making every product you purchase at Waikiki.

Our products are tailor made to every order placed (most of our products are customised) and hence we do not partake in any exchanges or Refunds.
