Operating Hours: We process orders between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Order Processing: All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being received.
Delivery Signature: A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may designate an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). However, Waikiki is not liable for any issues arising from goods signed by an alternative person.
OTP for Delivery: Some courier partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the delivery. This OTP will be sent to the contact number provided during order placement and must be shared to finalize the delivery.
Damage Disclaimer: Waikiki is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
Claims for Shortages or Damages: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
